We are a coalition of Black (African and Caribbean) men and women, Muslim organisations and social activists from diverse backgrounds, schools of thought and denominations working together against anti-racism and sexism. We will share our expertise and working model anywhere in the Muslim world where there is evident terrible treatment of Black/African communities and women.

Our Objectives:

1. To effectively challenge systemic anti-black racism and sexism in the UK perpetrated by Imams, Scholars or leading individuals and/or well-established institutions in the Muslim community.

2. To work in partnership with The Black Lawyer’s Association and/or such legal Islamic bodies to ensure Mosques, Islamic institutions and charities are working within clear legal non-discriminatory or sexist practices. Boards or committees will engage with us to ensure they are representational with an African or African Caribbean and a woman in key decision making position/s.

3. To inspire and empower new or existing Black Muslims who have/are suffering from internal or external anti-black racism or sexism. By providing ongoing counselling, mentoring, educational, racial identity awareness and non-sectarian inclusive and diverse religious workshops.

4. To offer Anti-Blackness Awareness/ Anti-Discrimination Awareness/Unconscious Bias and Mental Health workshops and training to Muslim institutions, Mosques, Imams and charities. 5. To support any Black Muslim against hatred and discrimination world-wide.
